You can download the BTS Site Manager via https://online.portal.nsn.com (Nokia Networks Online Services).
To install the BTS Site Manager, run the .exe (in Windows environment) or .bin file (in Linux environment) and follow the installation program's instructions. When installing in Linux, a root account is required.
The BTS Site Manager application is installed at the following default locations unless different location was given at installation phase by the user:

Note: A desktop icon for BTSSM might not be created for some WBTS16 installations, particularly when the installation environment contains WN7.0 BTSSM installation files. You must manually delete these files to resolve this issue.

The BTS Site Manager application saves the user files at the following default locations:

User Account Control (UAC) is a technology and security infrastructure introduced with Microsoft's Windows Vista, Windows 7/8 and Windows Server 2008.
For some compatibility issues with UAC, it is required that the user account is elevated to have administrative privileges by right-clicking BTS Site Manager icon and selecting "Run as administrator".
To uninstall all BTS Site Manager versions from your computer, you have two options:
A) Follow the normal operating system's application uninstallation procedure OR
B) Uninstall by clicking the Uninstall Managers icon from the NSN Managers shortcut folder.
To uninstall a specific BTS Site Manager version, follow these steps:
1) Start the BTS Site Manager.
2) Open the About tab in Task Selection View.
3) Select the version you want to uninstall and click the Uninstall button. If there is only one version then this button would be grayed out.
If you have saved any BTS Site Manager related files, such as logs or configurations, those files and their directories will NOT be deleted. You need to remove them manually.
